Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of our products, only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) intact are eligible for return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Panties (including thongs, briefs, etc.)

  • Bodysuits

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Bras, bralettes, sleepwear, and loungewear may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet the conditions listed above.

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@shoplingerienow.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? If your item is eligible, we’re happy to process a one-time exchange within 14 days of delivery. Contact our team to confirm availability before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right — at no cost to you.

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our hygiene and quality standards.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
